The Buckingham School is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school of just under 1,000 students.
Our school is a much improved school in all key areas, such as teaching and learning, curriculum and examination results and the progress made by students. We are a caring and supportive school where all students are encouraged to achieve the highest level. Our school motto is success for all through Achievement, Challenge and Enjoyment and we aim to give all students life changing opportunities through educational achievement.
The Buckingham School is on a journey to be an outstanding school and is very proud of its rapid improvement in all key areas. Student behaviour has been recognised by a recent school Review as outstanding and student voice to be exceptional. We will continue to drive school improvement in order to achieve outstanding status and therefore, the very best for every student.
